The training session includes:

1st day:

Arrival in the afternoon at the Manor house
Installation in your bedroom
Welcome drink, introduction to the training session
Tour of a feeding farm located at approx.. 30 mn of the Manor hous
Back to La Brunie with the ducks.
Dinner

2nd day:

Breakfast
Cutting and salting the duck
Preparation of the liver
Preparation of the duck meat
Visit of the feudal Castle of Beynac or Castelnaud
Gastronomic dinner

3rd day:

Breakfast
Cooking the meat. Preparation of preserves
Preparation of their conservation and recipes
Saint Cyprien market for those who wish
Lunch with tasting of the elaborated products.
Departure with the duck prepared and cooled for the journey in your icebox.

Trainee 370 €
Accompanying 270 €
Supplement for a single room 90 €
This price(prize) includes: 2 nights (in double room), 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners of which a gastronomic one, drinks (wine and coffee for the traditional meals, (home-made aperitif , wine and coffee for the gastronomic meal, the duck, the tour and all taxes and booking fees.
