Any reservation must be confirmed by e-mail via our web site or by mail, The reservation will be confirmed by ourselves only after reception of the payment of a deposit at 30 % of the global amount of the reservation. This deposit can be collected at its reception, its amount being deducted from the invoice at the departure of the customer.

1- Cancellation by the customer: any cancellation must be notified by letter, faxes or e-mail sent to the owner.
a) Cancellation before the beginning of the stay: if the cancellation takes place more than 24 hours before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains acquired to the owner.
If the cancellation takes place less than 24 hours before the beginning of stay, the deposit remains acquired to the owner who reserves the right to demand the balance of the total price of the stay.
b) In case of no-show of the customer before 7 pm the day of the beginning of the stay, the owner is entitled to cancel the reservation and let the room to another customer. The deposit remains acquired to the owner who reserves the right to demand the balance of the price of the stay.
c) In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the total stay remains entirely acquired to the owner.

2-Cancellation by the owner: when before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he has to inform the customer by registered or e-mail letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
The customer, without prejudging any recourse in repair of the damage possibly undergone, will be immediately refunded of the deposit. He will receive in addition a compensation at least equal to the penalty which he would have born if was responsible of the cancellation.
